Jacob Florence
Jacob Florence began his career as a real estate speculator and general contractor when he formed Rolling Rock Construction in 2002. Jacob and Rolling Rock began specializing in both residential and commercial construction development and has managed commercial projects for both regional and national clientele through-out the north west. In 2003 Jacob formed Fall Line Partners LLC a real estate investment company with partner JJ McBride. For the past 4 years Rolling Rock Construction has worked in tandem with Fall Line Partners in developing residential projects in the Boise area. In 2006 Jacob became a partner at Westerra Real Estate Group Boise and has enjoyed growing the company at a steady pace. Jacob is a new construction specialist with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry and five years in Real Estate. Jacob brings honest hard work to both industries and possesses the experience and creativity to help you navigate through complex negotiations and what ever construction and development project you might dream up. Jacob is also a local musician and has recorded several albums with the bands Earnest Orange and the Douglas Cameron Band. In his spare time Jacob enjoys running and mountain biking in the Boise Foothills, and Back Packing Idaho with his beautiful wife Reisa.
